My first Commonwealth Games!!!!!!
Always an honor to wear the green and white and represent Pakistan on one of the biggest sporting stages in the world.

If I'm being honest, these weren't the results I came here for. I dreamed bigger, trained harder, and expected more from myself. But sport has a way of humbling you and teaching lessons that victories sometimes can't.

People only see the few seconds we race. They don't see the early mornings, the sacrifices, the doubts, the exhaustion, or the battles fought long before we step onto the blocks. Sometimes, despite giving everything you have, things just don't click and that's okay.

Adam Peaty said he felt like "a V8 with slicks on in the rain." For the first time in a long time, I truly understood what that felt like. I know what I'm capable of, but sometimes your body, your mind, and the moment don't align. It doesn't make you any less of an athlete it simply gives you another lesson to learn from.

This isn't the ending of a story. It's a chapter in it.

To everyone who has supported me through both the loud moments and the quiet ones, thank you. Your belief in me means more than words can express. I carry every message, every prayer, and every bit of encouragement with me when I race.

The beautiful thing about sport is that it always gives you another opportunity to grow, to learn, and to come back stronger. We win, we learn, and we keep moving forward.

The dream remains the same. We're only getting started.
