3-Day Youth Camp under the GN, Global Youth Programme, organized by Good Neighbors International and implemented by SHAD Foundation in Chitral, officially marked the beginning of a transformative learning experience for young female participants.

The camp has been designed to empower and prepare young women for a brighter and more sustainable future by providing opportunities for personal growth, leadership development, and practical learning. Through this initiative, participants from local communities are being equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to become active contributors to society.

Over the course of three days, participants are engaged in interactive and educational sessions focused on self-awareness, nutrition and mental health, business planning, career counselling, leadership, voluntarism, and climate change mitigation. These sessions aim to strengthen critical thinking, encourage community engagement, and promote resilience among youth.

The opening ceremony highlighted the importance of investing in female youth and creating safe, supportive spaces where young women can learn, grow, and lead with confidence. The programme reflects a shared commitment to youth empowerment, community development, and sustainable social impact in Chitral.

Together, we are nurturing a generation of informed, resilient, and empowered young women ready to create positive change in their communities and beyond.

Our player Miss, Muskan is also the part of such a learning environment and we hope she will encourage and motivated other girls of the club to be part of such a friendly environment in upcoming events.

چترال:چترال کی تاریخ میں پہلی بار ٹیپ بال ٹی 10 لیگ کا انعقاد کیا گیا، جسے کِشور اسپورٹس اکیڈمی اور زلمی فاؤنڈیشن کے تعاون سے کامیابی کے ساتھ مکمل کیا گیا-ٹورنامنٹ میں لوئر چترال کی سات ٹیموں نے حصہ لیا، جس نے علاقے میں خواتین کرکٹ کے فروغ کی ایک نئی راہ ہموار کی۔

فائنل مقابلے میں شاہ برادرز (فیمنین) موغ نے کامیابی حاصل کرتے ہوئے ٹورنامنٹ اپنے نام کر لیا۔

ایونٹ کے دوران سِیکا سوات کرکٹ اکیڈمی کی جانب سے ٹیلنٹ ہنٹنگ کی گئی، جبکہ خیبر پختونخوا زلمی ویمن لیگ کے سلیکٹر اور پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ کے نمائندے بھی شریک ہوئے۔ اس موقع پر مالاکنڈ ریجن کے لیے کھلاڑیوں کے ٹرائلز منعقد کیے گئے تاکہ باصلاحیت کھلاڑیوں کو آگے آنے کے مواقع فراہم کیے جا سکیں۔

ٹرائلز کے نتیجے میں مجموعی طور پر 10 کھلاڑیوں کا انتخاب کیا گیا ہے، منتخب کھلاڑیوں میں چترال سے تعلق رکھنے والی کھلاڑیوں کی نمایاں نمائندگی اس بات کی عکاس ہے کہ علاقے میں خواتین کرکٹ کا ٹیلنٹ تیزی سے ابھر رہا ہے۔

یہ ٹورنامنٹ نہ صرف کھیلوں کی سرگرمیوں کے فروغ بلکہ خواتین کو مثبت اور بااختیار بنانے کی جانب ایک اہم پیش رفت قرار دیا جا رہا ہے
