We would like to raise a serious concern regarding the frequent and almost daily power interruptions affecting Valencia City and Malaybalay City, particularly under the service areas of FIBECO Incorporated and Buseco Kasanag.

We understand that power interruptions may sometimes be necessary due to maintenance, emergency repairs, or other technical concerns. However, what concerns us is the frequency of these interruptions and the lack of proper and timely announcements, especially when outages happen unexpectedly.

As a business operating gaming computers, networking equipment, CCTV systems, and other sensitive electronic devices, these sudden power interruptions are a major concern.

We are not against necessary maintenance or emergency repairs. We simply hope that consumers are given proper, accurate, and timely announcements whenever a scheduled interruption is expected, together with the reason and estimated duration whenever possible.

We respectfully call on Fibeco Inc and Buseco Malaybalay to look into the recurring power interruptions affecting Valencia City and Malaybalay City and to take appropriate measures to improve the reliability of the power supply and communication with consumers.

We hope that this concern will be heard—not only by businesses like us, but also by the many households and establishments that depend on a stable electricity supply every day.
