Requirements:

1. Must be bonafied student of TUP-V.
2. Official member of Basketbolista 25-26
3. Copy of ID or COR with 1x1 photo
4. Registration Fee PHP 600.00

The Basketball League is about to come, gather your teammates and register on January 14, 2026, 5pm at TUP-V Open Court.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bonafied student of TUP-V
2. Official member of Basketbolista 25-26
3. Copy of School ID or Copy of COR with 1x1 photo
4.. Line up (maximum of 15 members)
5. Registration Fee Php 600.00 per Team

NOTES:
1. 16 Official Teams (First Come, First Serve)
2. No changing of teammates once done with the registration.
3. NO BY PASS MEMBERS MUST BE PRESENT DURING THE REGISTRATION.
