🧘Don't forget to bring anything that can cover your eyes( eye mask, handkerchief,scarf or any comfortable blindfold)

Blindfold Yoga will explore Pratyahara ( Sense Withdrawal) The practice of going inward or turning the attention inward by consciously withdrawing our senses from external distractions. By calming external triggers, we're able to better tune in, align, and restore our body, mind, and spirit.

Most of us are bombarded with external stimuli or triggers all day long and have a hard time concentrating on one task at a time.
While there are many ways to practice Pratyahara, we will completely eliminate the sense of sight from asana practice and enjoy the true connection to our body and experience the true calmness.

✨ This is a beginner's friendly class. All levels are welcome.
