SOLID and NSCOA

Kami po ay ang pangunahing proponent SOLID / Sports Organization learning Institute Development at NSCOA / National Sports Coaches Officials Athlete service cooperative ng kauna-unahang TESDA Sports Program na naglatag at nagsagawa ng TESDA Competency Standards Development para sa larangan ng Basketball Officiating sa Pilipinas.

Sa pamamagitan ng aming inisyatiba, nais naming maitatag ang isang sistematiko, propesyonal, at kinikilalang pamantayan sa pagsasanay at akreditasyon ng mga basketball referees, alinsunod sa layunin ng TESDA na magbigay ng de-kalidad na teknikal na edukasyon at kasanayan.

Ang programang ito ay naglalayong:

Itaas ang antas ng kaalaman at kakayahan ng mga referees
Magbigay ng opisyal na sertipikasyon (NC levels) para sa basketball officiating
Magbukas ng oportunidad sa trabaho at propesyonalisasyon ng mga opisyal ng laro
Magkaroon ng standardized training na naaayon sa national at international standards (tulad ng FIBA)
