Announcement: Baragatan Three-Way Airsoft Tournament

All events will run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the scheduled date. Teams are expected to arrive on time—late arrivals will be subject to sanctions.

Strict rules will be enforced to ensure that all events run smoothly and are completed within the allotted time. We are also working around unpredictable weather conditions, so we ask for your full cooperation and understanding.

REMINDER TO ALL TEAM CAPTAINS

We will base your food allocation on the total number of players registered under your team. Likewise, your team's registration payment will also be based on the number of registered players on your final roster.

Please be guided by our "No Pay, No Play" policy. Teams with unsettled registration fees will not be allowed to participate in the event.

We have already provided the option to settle payments on Event Day (D'Day) for your convenience. We kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring that all registered players are properly accounted for.

Official partner shops and event sponsors will be participating throughout the tournament to showcase their products and services.

Please be advised that all vendors, businesses, and interested partners must coordinate directly with the D'Captains Airsoft Team for partnership and booth arrangements. Only officially accredited partners and sponsors will be accommodated during the event.

No outside vendors or unauthorized sellers will be entertained within the gamesite.

Please also be advised that all participating teams are highly encouraged to bring their team banner or tarpaulin on Thursday. Official media personnel from the Provincial Information Office will be covering the event, and displaying your team's banner is a great way to showcase your squad and gain visibility throughout the tournament.

The official team bracketing will be released during the Team Captains' Meeting with D'Captains Airsoft Team on June 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM, to be held at the PDRRMO/PEPO Compound.

Team captains may also bring their squad members to attend the meeting.

This will serve as the official tournament orientation where event mechanics, schedules, rules, and guidelines will be discussed. An open Question and Answer session will also be conducted to address any concerns or clarifications regarding the competition.

We encourage all participating teams to be present to ensure everyone is properly informed and prepared for the tournament.
