RUN TRAINING
➡️ Level up your running game! This program is designed for those looking to improve their endurance, speed, and technique. Includes fartlek runs, speed drills, intervals, and more.

RUN+WORKOUT with
➡️ The ultimate cardio-strength combo! A fun and challenging session that blends running with bodyweight exercises — perfect for building stamina, strength, and overall fitness.

OCR COMMUNITY WORKOUT
➡️ An all-out test of strength, endurance, agility, and mental toughness! This program combines the thrill of running with a variety of intense yet fun obstacles.

Reminders:
⚡️ no registration fee — just show up!
⚡️ bring your own hydration and other essentials
⚡️ bring positive energy and good vibes

To everyone racing next week: we’ve seen the early alarms, the long runs, the tired legs, and the extra cups of coffee. Time to enjoy the payoff. Can’t wait to cheer, celebrate, and hear all your race stories afterward!
