Our team had the opportunity to have lunch with our 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐄𝐎𝐬- 𝐌𝐬. 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐭; 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐑 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧- 𝐌𝐬. 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐦𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐑 𝐆𝐌- 𝐌𝐫. 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐬.

The lunch was followed by a pleasant surprise—a visit to our office from our 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐂𝐄𝐎- 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 "𝐁𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐲" 𝐉𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐧.

It was truly a meaningful opportunity to spend time with our leaders and we sincerely appreciate their time, presence, and continued support for the team.

MTB4 participants took part in the training on "𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭", facilitated by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐣𝐨 𝐒. 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬, 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧/𝐂𝐄𝐎 of Titan CCMI and Chairman of Colossus CCMSI and Ms. 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐁. 𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐬𝐢, 𝐕𝐏 - Business Development Division of Titan CCMI.

The session focused on strengthening the participants’ understanding of effective collection strategies, management approaches, and best practices essential to achieving sustainable collection performance.

As future leaders in the industry, our MT Batch 4 participants continue to develop the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to lead with strategy, professionalism, and results.

The session highlighted the importance of understanding borrowers, adapting communication styles, and building effective interactions that support both professional relationships and successful collection outcomes.

Through this training, our future leaders are learning that effective collection is not only about what we communicate—but also how we communicate it.
