Madaling maintindihan kung bakit namin sinasabing WALANG SAPAT NA BASEHAN ang mga reklamong isinampa laban kay Cong Marcy Teodoro.

Ang mga reklamo ay dumaan sa imbestigasyon ng isang DOJ PANEL na itinatag para dito, na kinabibilangan nina Senior Assistant State Prosecutor Anna Noreen T. Denavadera at Assistant State Prosecutor Ruth Anne P. Zamora.

Nagkaroon ng mga hearing at natapos ang imbestigasyon mahigit pitong buwan na ang nakalilipas.

Kaya nakakagulat na nagkaroon ng isang RESOLUTION NA HINDI GINAWA O PINIRMAHAN NG DOJ PANEL na nagsagawa ng imbestigasyon.

Sa halip, ito ay ginawa at pinirmahan ng ibang State Prosecutor.

Dahil dito, makatwirang ipagpalagay na binago ang orihinal na investigation report at recommendation ng DOJ PANEL na IBASURA ang mga reklamo laban kay Cong Marcy.

Sinasabi sa Resolution na ang mga isyu tungkol sa kredibilidad ng mga akusasyon at depensa ni Cong. Marcy ay dapat pagdesisyunan sa paglilitis sa harap ng hukom.

Tinatanggap ni Cong. Marcy ang oportunidad na litisin ang reklamo laban sa kanya. Hangga't hindi ito dinggin at magkaroon ng desisyon kung saan maipapalabas ang mga kasinugalingan at kung ano talaga ang katotohahan, magpapatuloy lamang ang paninira at kawalan ng katiyakan. Ang realidad ay maraming kaaway na ito ang kagustuhan.

At handa siyang harapin ang buong legal na proseso upang lumabas ang katotohanan sa lalong madaling panahon.

Hindi ito laban para sa sarili lamang niya.
