Due to the announced effects of the Habagat and the yellow heavy rainfall by PAGASA, classes in ALL LEVELS for T.I.P. Manila and T.I.P. Quezon City starting at 1:00 PM shall be conducted SYNCHRONOUSLY using the Canvas Learning Management System.

Onsite office work shall continue as scheduled.

Please be guided accordingly.

Official Statement

The Technological Institute of the Philippines (T.I.P.) has received a social media report of a bomb threat. We are treating this matter with the utmost seriousness and are not dismissing it as a prank.

Making a bomb joke is a serious violation of institutional policies and applicable laws. We have sought the assistance of the proper authorities to investigate the matter thoroughly.

We urge the entire T.I.P. community to remain calm, vigilant, and attentive to official advisories. Any suspicious activity should be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities.

While we do not wish to give undue attention to malicious acts of this nature, the safety and security of our students, faculty, staff, and visitors remains our highest priority.
