Rain may cancel a paddling session, but it doesn’t have to stop your progress.
At Tigersharks dragon boat isn’t just about showing up when the weather is perfect. It’s about building habits that last beyond race day.
When we’re off the water, we stay intentional:
Train at home.
Recover well.
Reflect on your goals.
Spend time with God and your family.
Come back stronger for the next session.
Champions aren’t made only during training, they’re shaped by what they choose to do when training isn’t possible.
Stay safe, stay consistent, and we’ll see you back on the water soon.
How do you stay active during rainy days?

In dragon boat, we spend hours strengthening our bodies. But God also calls us to strengthen something even more important, our minds.
Philippians 4:8 reminds us to intentionally dwell on what is true, honorable, pure, lovely, and praiseworthy. Our thoughts influence our attitudes, our decisions, and how we respond both on and off the water.
As a sports ministry, our goal isn’t only to become faster paddlers, it is to become faithful followers of Christ who reflect Him in every training session, every race, and every season of life.
Reflection:
What has been occupying your mind lately? Is it drawing you closer to Christ?
