The court was electric as we capped off the CADBE Week 2026 Volleyball Tournament! This year's high-energy format brought out the best in our CADBE Students and Team Alumni, proving that our community’s agility and spirit only get sharper with time.

Beyond the spikes and saves, this tournament served as a powerful tribute to 26 years of excellence at the PUP College of Architecture, Design, and the Built Environment. It wasn't just about the score—it was about the shared passion that defines our college legacy.

A huge thank you to the head facilitators, Team Alumni and every supporter who fueled the atmosphere with their cheers. You made this anniversary celebration truly unforgettable. Congratulations to our CADBE Volleyball Tournament 2026 Winners! 🏆

As the final whistle blows, the CADBE Week 2026 Basketball Tournament officially comes to an end! With the new tournament format, a display of sportsmanship, teamwork, and true CADBE spirit on and off the court was showed by the team Archi, team Interior Design and Environmental Planning, team Alumni, and team FASIA.

From our dedicated student players to our alumni who came back to relive the game, this event was more than just a competition, it was a celebration of unity, camaraderie, and the lasting legacy of the College of Architecture, Design, and the Built Environment of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

The basketball organizers extend its gratitude to all the volunteers, teams, supporters, student council, and everyone who made this event a success. Your energy, passion, and sportsmanship truly brought CADBE Week to life.

ALALAHANIN ANG DIWA NG EDSA!
MARCOS-DUTERTE, PAREHONG KURAKOT, PAHIRAP SA MASA!

Apatnapung taon na ang lumipas mula nang yanigin ng sambayanan ang diktadura na si Marcos Sr. sa pamamagitan ng EDSA People Power Revolution. Ngunit malinaw na ang diwa ng EDSA ay hindi dapat ikulong sa mga aklat o simpleng seremonyal na paggunita. Ito ay diwa ng kolektibong tapang, pagkakaisa, at paninindigan na ang kapangyarihan ay nagmumula sa mamamayan at hindi sa iilang nasa poder.

Ang EDSA ay patunay na kapag ang gobyerno ay pumapalya at nagpapahirap sa nakararami, may karapatan ang taumbayan na tumindig at maningil ng pananagutan. Hindi ito alaala lamang ng nakaraan kundi hamon sa kasalukuyan. Sa gitna ng tumataas na presyo ng bilihin, kakulangan sa serbisyong panlipunan, at mga polisiyang hindi sapat para sa masa sa ilalim ng administrasyon ni Marcos Jr., mas nagiging makabuluhan ang ating pagkilos at pakikiisa.

Bilang mga Iskolar ng Bayan, hindi tayo dapat maging tahimik na saksi. Ang edukasyong tinatamasa natin ay bunga ng pakikibaka ng mga nauna sa atin kaya tungkulin nating ipagpatuloy ang tradisyon ng kritikal na pag iisip at aktibong pakikilahok sa mga usaping panlipunan. Ang pamantasan ay hindi lamang lugar ng pagkatuto kundi espasyo ng organisadong pagkilos para sa tunay na pagbabago.

Huwag matakot lumiban sa klase kung ang kapalit ay ang pagtindig para sa bayan. Ang edukasyon ay hindi lamang nasusukat sa attendance kundi sa kamalayang panlipunan at tapang na ipaglaban ang tama. May pasok man o wala, patuloy ang laban ng mga Iskolar ng Bayan. Patuloy tayong kikilos at maninindigan hangga’t may kailangang ipaglaban.
