The 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐍𝐃𝐑𝐑𝐌𝐂) issued an 𝑶𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝑹𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒇𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝑾𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑴𝒆𝒕𝒓𝒐 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒍𝒂 at 4:00 PM earlier this afternoon, July 10, 2026, placing the area under alert for heavy rain and potential flooding due to 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲. According to PAGASA, moderate to heavy rain are expected to persist across Metro Manila tomorrow.

The public is still advised to stay vigilant and monitor updates from PAGASA, NDRRMC, local news stations, and university announcements regarding current weather conditions.

Ngunit sa kabila nito, patuloy ang pagtaya—patuloy ang paniniwalang nagtitiwala. Ang bawat hakbang natin ngayon ay pagpaparangal at pagpapatuloy sa laban ng mga naunang sumugal upang maging malaya.
