SANTÉ STRONG AT SUNRISE SPRINT
Our fellow Santé Official athletes dominate the Sunrise Sprint last Ironman weekend as they blitz their way through the course!
Larissa and Darell Johnson Bada find their stride as they head to overall podium finishes, while our very own Don Velasco and Jualyn Baugbog win big at both the pverall and age categories!

From HYROX to DADROX

I climbed Seoul Sky Tower, which is 555 meters high.
I am not really into numerology, but I found this interesting. The number 555 is said to be a "wake up call" from the universe, a reminder to stop resisting change and to trust the flow of life, even when the road ahead feels uncertain.
People who know me well know that I tend to worry. I spend too much time thinking about what might be or what might have been. But lately, I have been learning the value of letting go and letting God.
There are things I do not know and may never know. Instead of worrying every day, I ask God to lead and guide me. If something is truly meant for me, it will come. I simply pray for a spark of inspiration, a good opportunity, and little signs along the way.
I know what my heart wants. I just pray that God leads me to where I am meant to be.

My first solo open race, just one week after my first HYROX (mixed doubles).
I wasn’t sure how my body would bounce back, but the opportunity was too good to pass up. Race day came and, no surprise, my legs were still sore and tight. So I leaned into a beginner’s mindset: just enjoy it... and I did.
The sled pull was tougher than expected with the slippery rope. The long out-and-back burpees and lunges pushed me into unfamiliar territory. By the end of the wall balls, my legs were barely hanging on.
But the moment I crossed the finish line, only one thought stuck:
When’s the next one?
They’re watching… just not rooting for you.
You know who they are.
They expect you to fall, to quit, to break . But every step forward, every sacrifice, every bit of progress proves them wrong.
Don’t slow down now.
Keep going. Keep pushing. Keep them disappointed. 🔥
