Did you know fiber acts like a natural broom for your digestive system? 🧹
In this short animated health video, a cute talking intestine shows how dietary fiber helps clean your gut, move waste through your digestive system, and support healthy digestion.
When you eat foods rich in fiber, it helps:
✔ Improve digestion
✔ Prevent constipation
✔ Support healthy gut bacteria
✔ Control blood sugar levels
✔ Help you feel full longer
Foods high in fiber include oats, beans, lentils, apples, broccoli, whole grains, nuts, and vegetables.
Your gut works hard every day. Adding more fiber to your diet is one of the easiest ways to keep your digestive system healthy.
Watch the animation to see how fiber works inside your intestines!

Shokupan, also known as Japanese milk bread, grew in popularity after World War II as bread became more widely eaten across Japan.
Over the years, bakers refined it into the soft, slightly sweet loaf many people know today.
But there was one problem: many people still removed the crust, especially for sandwiches and desserts.
So chefs in Tokyo created a version with a soft white crust that blends almost seamlessly into the bread itself.
The idea was inspired by "mottainai," the Japanese philosophy of reducing waste and appreciating every part of what we use.

Nature’s vision varies wildly across the animal kingdom! While a domestic cat's sharp vision maxes out at around 50–100 meters, an eagle can spot a human from roughly 2 miles away. Truly mind-blowing to think about how different predators navigate their environments!
