The JRU Heavy Bombers opened their AsiaBasket NSAC World Invitational campaign on a high note, defeating Elite Stacks Australia, 71–66!

It was a tightly contested battle from start to finish, with both teams trading blows throughout the game. But in the closing minutes of the fourth quarter, the defending Filoil Preseason Cup champions showed their composure and fought past Australia’s towering lineup to secure the hard-earned victory.
