3. Only one member from outside Dalahican is allowed
4. Participants must be 15 to 30 years old

3 songs per band:
• 2 songs of your choice
• 1 Tagalog 80s disco song (required)
15 minutes per band, including sound check (time will start once any of the instruments play)
