In 2016, Jonathan was tapped to establish a nonprofit taking charge of developing service programs, membership development, engaging community leaders and private sector stakeholders. He covered areas such as personal development, handling rejection, setting appointments, creating and discussion proposals and collaborating with potential partners for generating new clients. In 2022, Jonathan supported the team's transition to converting most processes into the virtual setup. Today, Jonathan offers both free and paid coaching classes, content and sessions focusing in the areas of Team Development, Sustainable Productivity, Growth and Wellbeing. He is channeling all his significant exposure in various teams from various fields to empathize with the struggles of entities undergoing his past journey.
