Luisita Clavecillas, United Bikers Association, 1team Iloilo and Brgy. Officials and Tanods of Brgy. Cabugao Sur, Sta. Barbara headed by Brgy. Capt. Marites Soltis.

February 12 - Fund Raising Fun Ride and Criterium Race.
