📋 How to Order:
1. Check the sizing chart carefully.
2. Fill out the Google Form provided below.
3. ONE FORM = ONE ORDER/JERSEY. Please submit a separate form for each jersey you wish to order.
4. Follow the payment instructions indicated in the form.

📌 Jersey Details:
* Unisex sizing — no separate men’s or women’s fit
* Jersey fabric — CM Stripe 0.5cm
* ₱250 — kids’ sizes
* ₱400 — standard adult sizes
* (Sizes 4XL and up are subject to a ₱50 additional charge per size increment.)

Please double-check your size and order details before submitting, as orders will be processed based on the information provided.
