Last Friday, our club gathered as usual for what we thought would be a regular meeting. A collaboration between the 𝗔𝗱𝗗𝗨 𝗦𝗛𝗦 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 and 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺.

Out of nowhere, the ground began to shake. Something we weren’t even sure was real. But within seconds, the situation has intensified.

Thankfully, our members acted quickly and calmly. We followed safety protocols, moved away from the buildings and stayed alert.

We extend our deepest sympathies to everyone impacted by last Friday’s earthquake. Our hearts go out to you during this difficult time. Wishing strength and support to all, and a swift recovery for the impacted communities.

After a month of anticipation, the 𝘼𝙙𝘿𝙐-𝙎𝙃𝙎 𝙎𝙬𝙞𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗 is finally back at the pool! It was wonderful to bask in the sunshine, share plenty of laughter, and enjoy a fun relay game that really added to the excitement of the session, despite having a shorter time to swim. We can't wait to see everyone again next time for more fun in the water!

With or without swimming experience, all AdDU Learners of A.Y. 2025-2026 are welcome to learn the art of being a swimmer. Tryouts are not needed. A passion to learn and being magis with oneselves and one another is enough!
