Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they just have the heart.

These are the faces who made last weekend possible. They are the pillars of the competition. Each one kept their smiles in spite of the exhaustion and even without compensation, they served, all for the CrossFit community.

Going in each workout last Saturday feeling a bit anxious knowing I had to move weight way heavier than what I’m used to.. But then again thats the thing about Crossfit, pushing yourself beyond that limit. ✨
Its the best feeling ever!!! I’m so thrilled to have shared the Wod floor with such strong inspiring ladies!
Thankful for my coaches, plan D fam, crossfit cranium and the community for all the cheers and support. Congratulations to the organizers for a successful event! 👌🏻💪🏻
