The original plan was to take you through Borbon—the scenic northeast gateway to the North. However, with the recent earthquake still leaving its mark, particularly at the Tagnucan Bridge, we chose to prioritize the safety and efficiency of our support operations. The current rerouting in the area isn’t ideal for our support vehicles and crew, who play a vital role in every runner’s journey.

So yes, we’re taking a little detour—but not a shortcut.

We’ve crafted a course that blends the best of both routes, while preserving the authentic Cebu North experience. Expect the same signature highways, breathtaking views, warm northern hospitality, and the unforgettable challenge that has defined the Cebu North Ultra Fun Run through the years.
