Registration is Now Open to all 8 Years Old and Above.

Arnis Training Progression
(Summer Clinic Program)

Level 1 – Basic Strikes
• Introduction to Arnis
• Proper grip and stance
• The 12 Basic Strikes
• Basic blocks and movement

Level 2 – Introduction to Combat I
• Basic attack and defense drills
• Partner striking practice
• Timing and distance control
• Basic sparring concepts

Level 3 – Combat Techniques
• Advanced striking combinations
• Counter-attacks and disarms
• Footwork and tactical movement
• Controlled sparring drills

Level 4 – Combat Final
• Application of all learned techniques
• Full combat drills
• Final evaluation and performance
• Demonstration of Arnis skills

Let’s promote, preserve, and propagate the ancestral art rooted in every Filipino warrior.
