QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Certified Student of Cabuyao INHS.
2. Need to answer the following question in form.
3. Dance video with at least 1 minute to 2 minute and 30 second, with clear video presentation in full body portrait or landscape version.
4. Parent Approval letter or Parent Consent that the Guardian are allowing the child or you to join this dance troupe.
