For the past few weeks, we've been praying, hoping, and patiently waiting for the right moment. There were times we thought it wouldn't happen, but today, we're grateful to finally share this wonderful news.

The 5th 6100 First Touch Football Festival is proud to welcome our very own Philippine National Football Team player, Jarvey Gayoso, on July 18, 2026! 🇵🇭⚽

This is more than just a guest appearance. It's an opportunity for our young footballers to meet someone who has proudly worn the Philippine colors and to be inspired to chase their own dreams.

Our heartfelt thanks to NORFA President Miggy Valmayor and NORFA General Secretary Augustine Rivas for helping make this possible. Your support for grassroots football means so much to us.

​This reminds us that our behavior as adults sets the tone for our children’s entire relationship with sports. Shouting at referees, criticizing coaches, and bringing high stakes anger to a children's game ruins the experience for everyone.

​Youth sports are about building character, making friends, and learning how to win and lose with grace. Let’s lead by example.

Next time you feel the tension rising, take a breath, look at the field, and remember who the game is truly for.

What Kind of Player Are You?

Every team has one! Are you The Superstar, The Diva, The Over-Equipped Novice, The Unsung Workhorse, or The Benchwarmer?

The Superstar – The player who stands out, scores goals, and often gets most of the attention. Confident, skilled, and usually the team's star attraction.

The Diva – Talented but sometimes more focused on style, recognition, or drama than teamwork. Loves the spotlight.

The Over-Equipped Novice – The player with all the latest gear, boots, accessories, and equipment, but still learning the basics of the game.

The Unsung Workhorse – The team's silent hero. Works hard, defends, runs, supports teammates, and does the dirty work without seeking praise.

The Benchwarmer – Doesn't get much playing time but continues to support the team, stay ready, and wait for their opportunity.

To all the NIR participants of the Palarong Pambansa, we are here rooting for all of you! Some of you once played with the Bacolod Football League and BFL Elite, and we have witnessed your growth through the years.

To Coach Ian and Coach Mac hats off to both of you in guiding these young athletes.
