TUESDAY EASY RUN DONE! 🌦
Congratulations to all our teammates who showed up and completed Team ARAW’s prescribed easy run this Tuesday!
Thankfully, the rain was kind to us today—just a light sprinkle throughout the run compared to yesterday’s heavy, torrential downpour.
With the 21k Puma/Milo Qualifiers less than two months away, we’ll gladly take every little break the weather gives us! Every easy run completed, every kilometer logged, and every day we stay consistent brings us closer to race day!
Keep stacking those miles, Team ARAW! Stay patient, stay consistent, and keep rising!

MARK FINISHES 5TH AT THE REXONA 10-MILER IN QC 🏅
Team ARAW proudly congratulates teammate Mark Anthony Oximar for an outstanding 5th-place finish at the RunRio Rexona 10-Miler – Quezon City Leg last Sunday, August 16, held inside the grounds of UP Diliman!
While the podium may have eluded him this time, finishing 5th in a highly competitive field featuring some of the country’s best local and international elite runners is an achievement worth celebrating.
This wasn't just another race—it was a prestigious stage, and Mark proved that Team ARAW belongs among the competitors who dare to chase the best!

SUNDAY 10-MILER UP CABRERA ROAD + RUN FOR A CAUSE LEG 2 MEETING 🌄🤝
It may have been “only” a 10-miler, but that route was anything but easy. The climb from SM Taytay all the way up to Cabrera brought some serious elevation, and with our training plan geared toward the Puma/Milo 21K this October 11, we had to take it on at a considerable pace.
Thankfully, the weather once again cooperated, giving us a fairly fair and manageable morning—just like our Saturday Community Run. ☀️
A huge thank you as well to our Team ARAW officers, consultants, and teammates who stayed after the run for our productive meeting regarding Run for a Cause Leg 2. We raised plenty of important points, shared valuable feedback, and discussed ideas that will help make our next leg even better. 🙌
