By signing up for the basketball pickup game, you acknowledge that the information you provide confirms your agreement to the waiver. This means you understand the risks associated with participating in the game, and you agree not to hold Divergent Sports Inc., its staff, or volunteers responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

By signing up, participants affirm that they are in good health, physically fit, and free from any condition, injury, or illness that would impair their ability to safely participate in basketball activities. Participants further affirm that they have no medical conditions that could be aggravated by participation in the game. If a participant has any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, it is their responsibility to seek medical advice before participating.
