Empowered is a strictly female-only fitness clubhouse that supports, encourages and offers opportunities for Metro Manila’s female population to become more “health happy” via physical training opportunities like boxing, functional weight training and small group classes, as well as monthly socials, seminars, workshops, and a network hub of businesses and services.

A Little Heads Up, Empowered Ladies

We’re asking for a little patience as Empowered gets back to its full glorious self.

Just after 5am Saturday, we were greeted by some serious flooding. The heavy rain overwhelmed a clogged drain outside, leaving the water with nowhere to go and eventually flooding the Clubhouse with about 5 inches of water. It also caused our bathroom drain to back up, making an already messy situation even more fun.

Twelve hours and 12 amazing people later, Empowered is dry, cleaned, and well on the road to recovery.

Everything is back to normal with two exceptions: our much-loved, bass-pumping sound system and mirror lighting. As we wait to find out whether either survived their unexpected swim, please bear with us.

Training continues as usual. It may just be a little quieter and less flashy for a bit.

Every choice is a vote for the person you're becoming. The meals you eat, the workouts you skip or complete, the people you surround yourself with, how you spend your free time... it all adds up.

At Empowered, we don't believe in chasing perfection. We believe in building habits that move you closer to the life you want, one decision at a time.

So before your next choice, ask yourself:
Does this support the life I'm trying to create?

If the answer is yes, do more of it. If the answer is no, you already know what needs to change.

They're the habits that seem too simple to matter... until they've completely changed your life.

✔️ Cook meals at home instead of getting takeout.
✔️ Lift weights 2–3 times a week.
✔️ Take the stairs whenever you can.
✔️ Go for a 20–30 minute walk every day.
✔️ Eat protein with every meal.
✔️ Drink 2–3 liters of water daily.
✔️ Park farther away and get extra steps in.
✔️ Get 7–8 hours of sleep each night.
✔️ Prep your meals before the week starts.
✔️ Pack snacks for road trips.

Big transformations rarely come from one big decision. They come from hundreds of small ones, repeated consistently.

At Empowered, we celebrate wins together.

After Sunday's competition, I gave donuts to my gym mates... but my Empowered ladies deserve something a little extra, so they're getting Mo’ Cookies 🍪🖤

I just want to say thank you.

Thank you for supporting me through this prep. Thank you for understanding the schedule changes, the early mornings, the exhaustion, and the moments when I wasn't operating at 100%.

Coaching you is something I never take for granted. You trusted me with your health and fitness while also cheering me on as I chased one of my own goals.

This was just a small way of showing my appreciation. I truly have the best group of women, and I'm so grateful that I get to be your coach.
