Day 3: we went into the heart of it. 🌿
Today we learned how essential oils and hydrosols are actually distilled, watching steam move through plant and come out the other side as medicine. We worked with the pine we harvested on Day 2, honoring everything it carries: its scent, its strength, its living energy.
From that same pine hydrosol, I created a tonic, fresh, clean, deeply revitalizing. Then we formulated a spritz, a body lotion, and a body gel. Each texture a different way of receiving the plant.
Today I understood something I won’t forget: we’re not just making products. We’re capturing the essence of nature and bringing it to the skin, the body, the soul.

Día 3: entramos al corazón del proceso. 🌿
Hoy aprendimos cómo se destilan los aceites esenciales y los hidrosoles, viendo cómo el v***r atraviesa la planta y sale del otro lado convertido en medicina. Trabajamos con el pino que cosechamos el día 2, honrando todo lo que carga: su aroma, su fuerza, su energía viva.
De ese mismo hidrosol de pino, creé un tónico, fresco, limpio, profundamente revitalizante. Luego formulamos un spritz, una loción corporal y un gel. Cada textura, una forma distinta de recibir la planta.
Hoy entendí algo que no voy a olvidar: no solo estamos creando productos. Estamos capturando la esencia de la naturaleza y llevándola a la piel, al cuerpo, al alma.
