All weather outdoor mat pilates for 10 weeks and suitable for all levels of fitness and mobility!
All 10 weeks for $90 if you purchase at the first class or just $10 casual, a great deal either way!

Join us at Tikipunga Football Club starting next Wednesday for 10 weeks of outdoor mat pilates.
You can come along and get dressed in the clubroom bathrooms and take a walk around the park in the evening sunshine.
At 6pm, bring a mat and join our mat class for just $10, suitable for all levels.
Improve your stability, mobility and core strength while enjoying the summer evenings.

This is an all weather class run for 10 weeks, either indoors or on the deck if weather requires.
A kmart mat will work perfectly and I have a limited amount of foldable mats available to use for extra joint support.
