This Saturday, outside at Espresso Lane (Epic carpark) before opening. Just bring a mat, and a friend for encouragement and enjoy a gentle but effective 45min workout followed by a drink of your choice from Espresso Lane.

There was an overwhelming response to this post, so I will run 2x lots of back to back programmes, which means everyone hopefully can get in before Christmas .
I was hoping to do Wednesdays, but this isn't set in stone.
This will be a relaxed space where we work on basic fundamentals post birth, think breathing technique, core engagement and all things pelvic floor 🤗
