Tonight we will be holding our A.G.M this meeting is the most important meeting for the year to select your main positions to see the running of the club.
I have wrote on here over the last couple of months and no one have taken up the offer too sit on the main positions.
This used to be a very strong club with strong membership now over the years this club have gone backwards with parents seating back and letting grandparents to keep this club running.
As a member and a supporter of Athletics it time parents stood up and take responsibility in the club.l was asked to come back to help get the club back on track and l believe l have done my best to do this but we need younger people to carry on.
So tonight is the night for you younger parents to attend this meeting and move the club forward.

As we was to hold our A.G.M tonight l have to notify that it will be postponed until next Tuesday the 11th of August as the chairman (Phil) is down with the flu.
Yes members our A.G.M meeting is on Tuesday 4th August at 7pm at our club rooms.As our season starts back the week before our next holidays its most important that we get more parents involved.
This will be my 27th year involved within Athletics and l believe that l came back to get the club back on track l believe our committee have done this and it's time for new faces to step up and support your new committee.

Now that the holidays are over we need to have our A.G.M.
Our A.G.M will be hold on the 4th of August at 7pm at our club rooms on Balmoral Dr.

Passing of our new Constitution.

With only just over 4 months until our Athletic season starts back up.
Now l have all the paperwork for our A.G.M l have set the date for Sunday the 5th of July at 2pm at our club rooms.
As we are a children only club we encourage parents to bring there children along if they what to attend.
Over the years we found our parents fell away from coming onto the committee so we passed that we have an open committee.
As we are a children club only we decided that if anything came up in which need to be passed at a meeting this would be done after a club night.
Over the last two seasons our committee have bought back our ribbon day trophies also our club champion club trophies also our Xmas breakup and our end of the Year prize giving.

Picking our 3 main committee for the over seeing the running of the club.

This 3 people will be responsible for the running of the club.
General business passing our new constitution to be incorporated.
As for the nomanation for the 3 main positions these can be done on our page with there name and what position they will sit for once people names are put forward our members can vote on our page this makes it easier for people who can't make it to the A.G.M

Just putting it out there end of season prize giving tonight.
Parents please bring a plate.
Even it's rain we will be going ahead.

Just up dating our members that our prize giving is on Tomorrow night starting at 5.30pm.
Each child will receive a cert for taking part
but you must be here to receive it.
We also ask members to bring a plate of food to share after our prize giving.
Well we have 2 more club nights.
Tonight we will have a fun night with running and relays.
Next week will be our prize giving to end our season for this we asked if parents can bring a plate for a shared meal.
well we are counting down to our end of the season prize giving we have 2 more club nights then it will be our prize giving in 3 monday night time.we will be asking parents the same in bring something for a breakup meal before our prize giving
