From humble beginnings, selling online and at weekends with just a portable charcoal drum grill, we've grown into a thriving mobile food business. With the establishment of Marcuelo Food Corp. Ltd. in 2022, Mang Joe's Chicken Inasal was officially born. Our food trailer and gazebo pop-up have become a staple in the community, serving The Taste Of Authentic Pinoy Chicken BBQ(INASAL) and other Filipino favorites like Grilled Liempo that bring people together.
Our mission is simple: To satisfy every hunger and craving with authentic Pinoy flavors, bringing Filipinos in New Zealand closer to home. And our vision is ambitious: To become a renowned and established food business, recognized as a leading small business platform in the industry.
