From coaching and competing, to running bodybuilding and powerlifting events, to supporting and sponsoring athletes — we’ve poured our hearts into building something truly special. We’re proud parents to one daughter and blessed with four mokopuna, who inspire us every day to lead by example. Over the years, we’ve helped prep hundreds of bodybuilders for the stage — guiding everything from comp prep and training, to nutrition, posing, and stage presence. We’ve fine-tuned elite-level nutrition plans for top powerlifters, and helped lifestyle clients make long-term, healthy changes that stick. Our coaching extends across multiple sports codes too, preparing athletes to be stronger, faster, and more resilient — both in and out of season. In 2024, we were honoured by our good friend Mat Brown with the opportunity to take over his part of 318 Fitness. His passing was heartbreaking and left big shoes to fill — but we’ve made it our mission to continue his legacy with strength, integrity, and passion. Our goal is simple but powerful: to give back to our community and help as many people as possible — from youth to adults — become fitter, stronger, and more purposeful in their everyday lives.
