Battle of Brittons rundown for Trail Riders
The Iron class is for you. The Iron loop is an easy trail loop, with vantage points marked for the Iron Class riders to watch the Gold & Silver riders navigate some of the challenging parts of the course. The Iron course will be much shorter than Gold, Silver and Bronze and you can ride the Iron loops as many times as you like in the 4 hour duration of the race. If you’re keen you can try a few of the Bronze sections.
Entry is $60. Enter on the day. There are free MNZ one day competition licenses available on the day for the Iron class, you’ll need the MNZ competition license to enter.

Well, we've had a good day marking out tomorrow's trail ride at Mangapari station, just out of Martinborough. The track and conditions will be epic tomorrow with fine weather forecast. If in doubt, best get your ass there, as you'll miss a fantastic day of riding if you don't.

Cameron Judd has marked out some awesome optional A loops as well, for the adventurous types.

The Yamaha NZ Enduro Championship kicks off this weekend with the 1st round on Saturday at Whanganui. I pre-rode the course on Sunday and it was awesome, a lot of fun and suitable for everyone. Rolling farmland and forestry. The ground was grippy but you want good tyres. If haven’t ridden an Enduro before this is good one to start with.
