The remaining refunds have all been paid bar 1 who I’ve tried contacting but no response. M G Kereopa (I need an account). The delay on the final payments were because the money had come through from different accounts or names that didn’t match the membership forms. I posted the bank statement last night to put to rest all the false accusations. Posting ugly things on my personal account is really uncalled for. There are no other deposits that have been made into the account.

Thanks to those who messaged privately and spoke to me nicely, and thanks also to those who were patient. I’m still waiting on one more person to come back to me with an account number to be able to give their refund.

That’s what I’ve done so far. The rest is being done. If you have a problem rather than being ugly just wait. I’ve updated everyone

Can you all refrain from being ugly. Some refunds have gone through. A lot of deposits were not referenced properly so I’ve had to work through them and not to mention bank accounts that were missing so I’ve had to go through every form. I’ve refunded half so far. I am very busy and this whole mess of cancelling because of ugliness in the first place has just made even more unnecessary work. So be patient and I’ll get to the last half. I’ll post all your deposits and refunds to prove what you paid.

Arohamai whanau, we have had a lot going on, I haven’t had a chance to sit down and sort the membership refunds. I haven’t forgotten though.
I’ll keep you all posted. I want to get it done tonight otherwise first thing tomorrow morning.

I will no longer be running this event. All refunds will be out tomorrow.

I worked really hard all month to get our arena sorted and to gain future funding to help sort it permanently and come against some uncalled for opposition from our community and won’t waste my time any longer. Taking my energy elsewhere.

We are getting there, water is nearly drained out. One last clear out tomorrow and harrow and we will be ready for Sunday.

Can’t wait to see you all fly around those barrels!

There is an outbreak of Strangles in Waikato and so we will be taking precautions. If your horse has travelled to the Waikato region recently, shows any signs of nasal discharge or coughing please stay home. We want to ensure everyone stays safe and see our sport continue.

Please stay out of the arena before this weekend. We are draining it and will be back to harrow it. Also be careful riding your horses, there are deep sink holes for the water to drain into
