Sometimes connections form quietly.
Without forcing.
Without planning.
Without a strategy.
When I started teaching yoga, I simply wanted to teach yoga the way I had learnt it, with presence, honesty and care. I just showed up each week.
What began as teacher and students slowly became something more layered.
Yes, they are my students.
Yes, I guide their practice.
But there’s also laughter before we begin class.
Honest conversations after class.
Check-ins during hard weeks.
Celebrations during good ones.
It’s not one-sided. It’s not transactional. It’s human.
There’s something incredibly humbling about realising you’ve become part of people’s lives in a way that goes beyond the mat. And they’ve become part of yours.
Yoga brought us together
Care deepened it
This photo captures a small moment, but what it represents is much bigger.
So grateful for every single person who’s walked into my class, whether you’ve been with me for a year or just one session. You’re all part of this evolving circle.
And for that, I am endlessly grateful. 🤍

The sky that soothes me.
The sea that moves me.
The unknown that keeps me curious.
Blue isn’t just a colour.
It’s a whole mood you breathe into 💙

How good it feels to have quiet days where you don’t have to explain yourself to anyone. To sit with your favourite songs, your favourite books, your favourite cup of coffee. To be okay even when no one is checking on you. To find comfort in your own presence, to realise that your happiness doesn’t depend on who stayed or who left. To know that peace isn’t something you chase, it’s something you choose!
No ‘New Year, New Me’ energy here.
Just continuing the habits that help me feel grounded, regulated and at home in my body.
What’s something you’re choosing to continue rather than change this year?

Being ‘boring’ is the quiet art of building a life you don’t need to escape from. It’s about finding fulfilment in the little rituals - home cooked meals, unhurried walks and the simplicity of showing up for yourself.
In a world obsessed with chaos, maybe boring is the bravest thing you can be.
