I learned so much not just from my own masterclass but from watching all the other incredible singers in theirs!

So proud of and thankful for creating these amazing opportunities for NZ performers.

If there's one thing I'm not great at it's keeping my business social media up to date 🫣.

I've been reflecting on my second year in the studio as I wrap up for the year and I'm just so grateful that this is the path I'm on. I feel so privileged to spend my days helping people find their voice and hone their craft.

Singing is inherently vulnerable and a lot of people have a lot of trauma wrapped up in it. I see my value as a coach in being a safe space where people are able to be vulnerable without fear of judgement. I also happen to know a lot about the mechanics of the voice and how we can manipulate it to make the sounds we want to!

I really feel that I've settled into myself as a coach this year, and the progress I've seen in students is amazing.

I (very) regularly talk to my husband about my disbelief that I get to talk to and help people with the thing I'm most passionate about in a studio in my garden; and actually make a living from it!

Thank you to those of you who have trusted me with your voices this year. I can't wait for what 2026 will bring - watch this space!
