I help women figure "it" out, find solutions, live their best life, stress less and discover what's next, to get clear when life feels messy — what they want, why it matters, and what to do next.”

Have you ever noticed how quickly life can change? Honestly, sometimes it feels like non-stop low-level whiplash and then occasionally life throws a real curve ball. Half the time I can barely keep up. Especially when it's not me that's changing, it’s the people I care about. I find that even harder to navigate.

I think we underestimate how much change we're navigating most of the time. We tend to notice the big life events, but it's often the accumulation of lots of smaller changes that leaves us feeling unsettled, tired, and wondering why everything suddenly feels harder.

Change and problems are pretty much guaranteed in life. Sometimes they're exciting. Sometimes they're things we'd rather avoid altogether. But one thing they almost always bring with them is uncertainty... that’s where having a Life Coach can help!

When we are learning, or choosing doing or being different, the change can feel wrong until we do it enough that it begins to feel right or more natural. It is part of the process.

It is possible that when it feels easy or easier than you expect that it feels “wrong” somehow, again it is part of the process.

The unfamiliar is the feeling of "wrong, or different" that can drive you to return to old behaviours or habits, knowing and understanding it is just part of the process can help the transition phase.

Hi everyone,

I am wanting to start up a virtual book club where once a month we meet to discuss a chapter or two of a personal development/growth book we have all collectively agreed to read. As a way to consider and share each other’s thoughts, ideas and experience of the content. I am hoping there might be a few keen ladies out there who are interested in spending time together in this way.

I’m thinking the second Thursday of each month at 7pm.

PM me if you are interested.
PS - the photo is just one of the many I can think of. :)
