Jamie and Summer recently stopped by our hub to learn more about what we do. After chatting with the team about our services, they decided they were keen to find bikes of their own.

Our team member Trent helped them choose bikes that were the right fit, and before long they were riding away with big smiles.

They told us how excited they were to have a Bike Hub in their community. Whether you're looking for a bike, need a repair, or just want to find out more about what we do, we'd love to see you. 🚲💙

A lovely gentleman stopped by a little while ago. We never got his name, but he was so kind and genuinely appreciative of what we do. He found a bike he loved and headed off with a smile.

Sadly, just a few days later, his bike was stolen.

The following week, he came back to tell us what had happened. We were really pleased that we could help him get back on two wheels. Seeing his face light up as he rode away again absolutely made our day.

If you happen to spot an orange and silver Raleigh that looks out of place, please let your local Bike Hub know. We'd love to see it returned to its rightful owner.

Avanti Discovery has been repaired and is ready for test rides at the Manukau Bike hub. It is a small size and is $275.

Meet Liam and Haosha.

Liam stopped by Manukau Bike Hub looking for a bike while studying at AUT. After finding the right bike, he enjoyed his visit so much that he asked if he could stay and volunteer for the day.

Haosha came in wanting to learn more about looking after his bike. With guidance from our volunteer Pete, he picked up some bike maintenance skills and got advice on a few upgrades to help make riding even better. Inspired by the experience, he also decided to become a volunteer.

These are the moments that make our Bike Hubs so special. They're more than just a place to repair or buy a bike. They're places to learn new skills, build confidence, connect with others and become part of the community.
