New Holes at Brook Park‼️‼️‼️
Today with the help of Simon, Rimu and Ryan, as well and Tim and Damien from Waitomo District Council, effective immediately, hole 17 has been removed from Brook Park and 2 new holes get to call Brook Park home.
Hole 8 (New) - Par 5
Dog legging up the hill after hole 7, this par 5 is a test of all different parts of your game. The best play is often the safest one, getting into good positions to attack your next shot. The basket is blind, tucked up around the corner across the valley. You'll see the new basket of hole 8, right behind you high on the hill when you're teeing off on hole 7.
There is a par 4 position of this hole, however we are still awaiting a new basket. You'll see a pole sitting in this position close to hole 9s tee.
Hole 18 (Change) Par 4
Hole 18 unfortunately had gotten too overgrown, with trees in the gap becoming too obstructive and blocking the shot. We have moved the Teepad for 18 down to the right, and a new gap will be opened up in the coming weeks with trimming, playing down to the same fairway as family hole 9, a new b tee will exist for the shortest layout of Brook Park. The road will be OB right, and the basket is the same as always!
Check out the changes when you get the chance soon, however Brook Park is currently home to more leaves than people live in Auckland. We'll be back to run Brook Park Brave 2026 in late September, watch this space!
