Your body needs to be feeling its best for exam day!

✓ Drink lots of water
✓ Eat well and fuel your body
✓ Give your body time to rest
✓ Look after any sore muscles or tiredness

EXAM TIP #2 — Practise at Home! 🩰
Exam preparation doesn’t just happen in the studio! A little practice at home can make a BIG difference on exam day. 💗
Make sure you are using the Band app to practise with your correct exam music and get familiar with the full run order.
✓ Practise your exercises regularly
✓ Use the correct music from Band
✓ Practise the exercises in exam order
✓ Focus on timing, memory and presentation
✓ Ask someone at home to watch and give you feedback
Even 10–15 minutes of focused practice can help you feel much more confident and prepared when you walk into the exam room!

Be prepared before exam day! Make sure you know exactly what uniform, shoes and hairstyle you need for your exam.
✔️ Correct uniform ✔️ Correct shoes ✔️ Hair neat and secure ✔️ Everything clean, tidy and free from marks
