We had the privilege yesterday of spending a few hours with Rick Sessinghaus. Rick is well know for his work in the mental game with FLOWCODE Golf 🧠 and not to mention PGA Tour Player Collin Morikawa

One of the key takeaways is that we must define what the mental game is in golf and how do we train it.

The big three:

Focus, our ability to pay attention to the present moment.

Confidence, I believe I can actually hit the shot.

Emotions, what emotional state are you in every single shot, before, during, and after.

We enjoy implementing many of Rick's techniques with FLOWCODE Golf 🧠 into our programs and academy.

1st day at the College Golf Experience at the Springdale Golf Club. Springdale Golf Club is home to Princeton Golf and Princeton Women's Golf.

Great opportunity for our young guys to be listening and learning from Ivy League College Coaches from Dartmouth Men’s Golf Yale Men's Golf Princeton Golf Cornell Men’s Golf Columbia Mens Golf Team

It was great to hear from Coach Green from Princeton who was emphasizing the importance of strategy and using the same systems we do. Big shout out to Scott Fawcett for the work Scott and his team have done that has crossed many oceans and is used all around the world.

Huge win for our man in America. Climbing the ranks and getting the job done. Well done, Jordan.

This weekend at Pakuranga Golf Club we have our Final Callaway Golf South Pacific Junior Tour event. What another fantastic season we have had and a big thankyou to all the parents, players, golf clubs, staff Callaway Golf South Pacific and Golf Hub NZ for there continued support of our Junior Development Program here in Auckland, New Zealand.

Once again the final event will decide who takes home the personalised Callaway Golf Staff Bag.
