Penalty Shootout Moments.

Nationals Day 4: exciting game vs HIBS that we won on a penalty shootout after scores were locked 2-2 at full time. Goals from Finn Mason and Kane Winstanley. In the shootout Connor Lovelock made two important saves, plus they put one over the bar. We scored ours through Kane, Finn and Riley. Tomorrow we play our last game vs Palmy Boys - game will be streamed at 10am - link to come later.

In the past 24 hours at the OFC U20 World Cup Qualifiers both year 13s Isikeli Brown ( #22) and Luka Vicelich ( #5) have started for their respective countries. Samoa went down 4-2 vs New Caledonia, and NZ beat Tahiti 8-0.

Nats Day 3: Boys produced a 1-0 win over Nelson College. Finn Mason with the goal in the second half of play. Game was on YouTube stream (link in previous post). Just one game today. Thanks for tuning in 🫡

Nats Day2: Well no goals yesterday but they came today with a 5-0 win over Christchurch Boys (goals from Kane 2, Zach, Roman, Swami) and a 5-2 win over Paraparaumu (goals from Kane, James, Roman, Riley, Swami). We actually scored some awesome long range strikes today and nice some team goals. Good turn out of parent support too, so the boys are looking to put on a show of football for them. We go again tomorrow vs Nelson. 😎

Tough Day 1: 2-0 loss to Scots and 1-0 loss to New Plymouth. Had our chances to win both…strangely after all the goals this season, they seem to have deserted us!
