Match Result – 30th April 2026
Proud of the team’s effort today, excellent tactics and game plan. The first 15 minutes were strong, setting the tone early. After a smart tactical change, the team continued to play really well against a tough opponent.
Special mention to Tim for his first goal this season!
Great communication on the field and quality goals from both teams. Even the opposition complimented how well we played.
Well done, boys, strong team performance even with a few players missing today. Keep it up!

Tough game against a well-organised team. We didn’t start well, and some players were feeling tired early on.
We created chances with some good passing, but missed a number of shots on target and had even more off target. Overall, we struggled to control the game and our passing wasn’t at our usual level.
Great to welcome Harry back to the team, along with new players Phillip and Maau 👏
A bit of an unbalanced squad this evening, but credit to the opposition, they played better and deserved the win.
We regroup and come back stronger

Great game from the team! Everyone played really well, and the passing throughout the match was beautiful to watch.
Big performance from Khada, scoring 4 goals.
Goals also from Henare (1), Keith (2) and Mutch (1).
There was a lot of support on the sidelines with many new people coming to watch. Thank you to everyone who came and supported us!
The team worked hard and played great together. With a little more communication and tighter marking, the score could have been even higher.
Some great saves from the opposition goalkeeper and a few missed chances, but overall a strong 8–2 win for ADS Thunder!
