Helping women get their time back with AI. Efficiency Queen. šŸ‘‘
It’s not you. It’s your systems. DM TIME to begin ā¬‡ļø This is productivity, but different. Strategic.

Kia ora*, I’m Viktoria, and I help high-performers and entrepreneurs get more done in less time, so they can achieve their big goals with ease. If you're anything like me... you know how to push and "get things done". But you likely also know that the way you're working... isn't working. If you've tried every productivity hack in the book, and nothing seems to stick - I have the solution that no o

If you’re exhausted… why can’t you just STOP?

This question has come up again and again in conversations I’ve had with ambitious women lately.

They know they need rest.

They want more spaciousness.

And yet, the moment they finally have permission to do absolutely nothing…

Their brain starts screaming:

ā€œBUT LOOK AT EVERYTHING WE COULD BE DOING?!?!ā€

🄲

Here’s what I’ve come to realise:

Slowing down isn’t difficult simply because you have ā€œbad habitsā€.

For high-achievers, there is so much more underneath it.

You love the satisfaction of finishing things.

Urgency can feel exciting.

You may have spent decades being rewarded for achievement.

Hustle is familiar territory.

And if you’ve practised pushing for 20 years and genuine rest for approximately 20 minutes…

Which one do you think is going to feel more natural?

This is why I’m not particularly interested in prescribing you a 347-step morning routine and telling you to ā€œprioritise self-careā€.

You don’t need another thing to perform perfectly.

Start smaller.

Five intentional minutes counts.

A slow lunch counts.

A walk without a podcast counts.

Dinner without your phone counts.

Sitting outside and doing precisely NOTHING counts.

Rest is a skill.

And like any new skill, you’re allowed to be a beginner.

You do not have to go from 100 to zero overnight.

And you certainly don’t need to wait until you’re completely depleted before you’re ā€œallowedā€ to stop.

Start small. Start gently.

Then let those tiny moments compound.

A Michelin-Guide waiter asked me whether there’s anything I’m celebrating today.

He looked genuinely stunned when my instant response was: ā€œLIFEā€.

How long are you going to wait to wear your nice jewellery out in public?

How long is that bath bomb going to gather dust on your windowsill?

How long have you been postponing taking action on what that quiet whisper inside you is trying to tell you?

You know the whisper I’m talking about … the one telling you that you’re meant for something more than this.

The one showing you another way you could spend your days, build your wealth, and nourish your legacy.

Here’s the secret: start now.

Start small.

Rather than waiting for the day you run a successful 6- or 7-figure business, take yourself out to a celebration brunch NOW.

Seemingly small gesture, yet it works magic in the unknown. ✨

I just want to rest, live spaciously, and play guilt-free.

No more boxes to tick.

No achievement overdrive.

Just fun, play, and joy.

So much easier said than done for a Type-A high-achieving woman.

If you know, you know…

šŸ‘‡šŸ¼ What are you calling more of into your life? šŸ’¬

Before I create the next plan for my business, I’m doing something that feels deeply uncomfortable for my Type-A, planning-loving brain:

I’m pausing.

No rushing into the next launch.

No immediately trying to ā€œfixā€ everything.

No pretending I already know exactly what comes next.

Instead, I’m asking a much more important question:

What problem am I actually trying to solve?

Because it’s easy to create a beautiful plan for the wrong destination.

And I don’t want to guess what the women in my world need.

I want to listen.

Maybe you’re juggling a demanding career with a dream you can’t stop thinking about.

Maybe you want more freedom for yourself and your family, but can’t see where the time will come from.

Maybe your life looks successful from the outside… while privately, you know the way you’re operating simply isn’t sustainable.

Whatever your version looks like, I’m curious about the problem underneath the problem.

Because before we build another system, set another goal, or create another plan…

We need to understand what ā€œbetterā€ actually looks like.

That’s the season I’m in right now.

Listening.

Integrating.

Being willing to sit in the unknown long enough for something more aligned to emerge.

Uncomfortable AF? šŸ˜‚

Absolutely.

Necessary?

I think so.

And perhaps there’s a reminder in here for you, too:

You don’t need to have every answer today.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is stop long enough to ask a better question.
