Hello lovely people! I am so excited to offer you Yoga for Emotional Wellbeing classes on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 7:45-9:00pm in Takapuna, North Shore.
For those of you experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, sadness, insomnia, tension or nervousness, this class is for you 💕 even if you are just feeling a little overwhelmed or would like some nurturing, slow, therapeutic yoga, please join me!
In the Tuesday class we focus on balancing the chakras through asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), mudra (hand gestures), relaxation and meditation. We uplift the spirit by cultivating courage, resilience and inner peace 😇
In the Thursday class we surrender and drop into a deep relaxation with YIN & YOGA NIDRA. Our tensions melt away as we soothe the nervous system and transform our challenges through letting go fearlessly… to cultivate feelings of connection, inner peace and calm.
Taught in a gentle and nurturing way, you are held in a safe space… with compassion x
