Five beautiful days of learning, practice and transformation.
Together, we explored the deeper essence of traditional Singing Bowl Therapy while expanding our knowledge of gongs, chimes, bells and other healing instruments. Every student showed incredible dedication in embracing both the theory and hands-on practice.
On the final day, we visited a traditional singing bowl workshop to witness the complete journey from raw alloy to a beautifully handcrafted singing bowl. A reminder that every masterpiece is born through patience, skill and devotion.

Congratulations to all our students. You made this journey truly special.

Our Harati Ayurveda & Sound Healing Retreat (June 19-22, 2026) has come to a beautiful close.
For four days, we stepped away from the noise of everyday life and immersed ourselves in nature, traditional Ayurveda, nourishing sattvic meals, yoga, meditation, and the healing resonance of Himalayan singing bowls.

We laughed, shared stories, made new friendships and embraced moments of stillness that reminded us what true peace feels like.

One of our guest said something we’ll always remember: “I didn’t become a new person, I simply returned to my original frequency.”
That perfectly reflects the heart of our retreat.

To everyone who trusted the Harati Family and joined us on this journey, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We can’t wait to welcome you back to Nepal again.
